Captain Chambers (Erik Koelle) argues with Chairman of the Senate Arms Committee (Stewart Skelton) about sending Master Chief Devon 'Mac' Mackefy (Ken Gamble) and his team to black ops. Chairman does not like Mac because his methods in Serbia were controversial, but Chambers wins by yelling his point: Mac is the best!

Chief Petty Officer Roberts (Zach McGowan), Petty Officer Williams (Kristoffer Garrison), Petty Officer Sanchez (Neta De Paula)  and newbie Davis are other members of the team. Davis thinks back the tough SEAL training, where he had to earn his stripes and the respect of other SEALs. In Iraq the team must pinpoint targets for surgical  air strikes. The mission carries big risks because Davis is untested in real war and Mac has just had a personal tragedy in his family. Their contact in Iraq is Kurd named Jamal (Amol Shah) whose family was killed by Iraqis. Mac has to do tough choices.

The story is said to be based on a true story, but without knowing the facts it is impossible to say how much (if anything) is true. The story is told by Davis, but the movies main character is clearly Mac. Mac and Davis are the only interesting characters. Despite the low budget the movie manages to add drama and heavy dose of patriotism. Movie tries to show the sacrifices and hard choices the soldiers have to do but the story is badly written. Also the numerous flashbacks occur mostly at wrong times making the plot messy. Basically this is a poorly made fan film and love letter to Navy SEALs.
