When Katie is nervous she brushes her teeth using Aquafresh toothbrush (some quite obvious product placement here!) Friend Haley (Rachael Leigh Cook) gives Katie temporary housing. Haley is an wannabe actor with some weird friends. All her life Katie has been referred as Billy's girlfriend, so it is time to start thinking about herself. Katie must fill-in for Haley as bike courier. While delivering items to Mr Connolly's (Larry Miller) firm, she is mixed into a plot to push out Connolly from his CEO position. She also meets nice mail worker Ben (Luke Wilson) who works in the firm.

Company's vice president Debra (Penelope Ann Miller) and her assistant Freddy (Andy Dick) frame Connolly's secretary Betty (Karen McClain) and put naive Katie in her place. Katie starts to take care of tasks with her own peppy style. But Debra and Freddy do everything to sabotage Connolly's relations with the customers.

This is "Working Girl" or "Legally Blonde" style light hearted comedy that brings memories from the comedies of 1980-90s. It does not try to reinvent the wheel and it is predictable but it has amusing characters and funny moments. Surely Jessica is not the greatest actress but she is cheerful with
Southern girl charm. Rachael Leigh Cook was good as eccentric actress and Andy Dick was also funny as slimy careerist. Positively it is also one of the rare comedies nowadays that doesn't rely on gross out humour. Although the movie flopped in the USA, it was a hit in Ukraine and Russia.

So what does IMDB's best voted review say:
No, it is not the worst movie ever, you snob. Watch "Scary Movie 5", "Hottie and the Nottie" or anything by Friedberg & Seltzer to see a really bad movie.
